As the Dubuque community has grown and flourished in the past 10 years, so too, have the needs of local citizens and of the nonprofits who serve them.
The Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque, in its role as community leader and catalyst, recognized the need for a neutral, collaborative center where nonprofit organizations could convene, research and collaborate. We, as a community, understand that strengthening nonprofits strengthens the greater Dubuque community.
